Ebzan is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, B'ham, Jefferson Co., AL in Lot
7, Block 32.
At the time of Ebzan Jr.'s death, Alice bought another cemetery plot
in Oak Hill. She had their daughter Gladys disinterred and moved to
the new lot. Ebzan was buried in the original plot beside his father,
S. Ebzan Love, Sr. and stepmother, Sarah Love. When Alice died in
1936 she was buried in the newer plot next to her daughter Gladys.
There are no headstones for Ebzan Jr., Alice or Gladys. The
superintendent of Oak Hill Cemetery informed me that many of the
markers were made of iron and during World War II, some of the metal
markers were removed, melted down and used for war materials.
