He is survived by his mother, Faye McBride; step-mother, Polly Love-Anthony (Doug); brother, Kevin Love; step-sister, Brenda Smith; 1 niece; 1 nephew; and 1 great niece. A private memorial for the family was held in California on January 22, 2013. A memorial service at a later date will be held in Birmingham.
