      Butler Co. DB F, pages 75-76, 19 Apr 1847. Sally McCoy of Warren Co.
      sold to Reuben McCoy a tract of 35 acres in Butler Co. patented by the
      Commonwealth of KY to Fornefor McCoy having date of 9 Jul 1836 on
      waters of Big Muddy Creek.

      Butler Co. DB G, page 380, 23 Sep 1853. An indenture between the
      unknown heirs of Furnefor McCoy, dec'd, by H. A. James, apoointed by
      the Butler Circuit Court at its May Term 1853, in the suit of Reuben
      McCoy against the unknown heirs of Fornifor McCoy....H.A. James,
      commissioner on behalf of the unknown heirs, sold to Reuben McCoy
      several tracts of land on waters of Big Muddy Creek being part of 300
      acres patented in the name of Peyton Brown.
