Will of Joseph Dupree, dec'd - of Lunenburg Co. Dated 19 March 1814.
My Son, William Deupree, whatever slaves put into his possession heretofore.
My Daughter, Nanny Knott, all property I heretofore have put in her
possession,
My Son, William - all land I have possession(ed) him with.
The Remainder of my Estate to be sold and my son William to have 1/2
proceeds and other half divided between the Natural heirs of William Crenshaw,
Daniel Parsons, and Nancy Parsons, Children of Elizabeth Parsons, dec'd, formerly
Elizabeth Crenshaw as follows My will and desire is that the heirs of William Crenshaw when they may Arrive at Lawful age shall receive one fourth part of the last mentioned half of my said Estate with profits of the sale of said Estate equally between them. The Other fourth part of the half to be paid to Abner Crenshaw and one fourth part to Joseph Crenshaw - the Remaining Fourth part to be kept in my Executor's hand for the benefit of the above named Daniel Parson and Nancy Parsons until they marry or come of lawful age.
My Negro woman Milley shall be Valued by three disinterested persons
and that she shall be at liberty to Choose either of the legatees for her master and they shall receive her at the Valuation.
